At end of September, the time had finally come: Around noon, our Minda colleagues did not head home, but gathered in the courtyard under the open sky. Also the weather was kind to us - no rain and even a few rays of sunshine accompanied the afternoon. After a speech of our managing partner, Robert Falch, with forward-looking words about the company image "MINDA 2030", our late summer party started.

Savoury and sweet dishes as well as drinks were prepared for all employees at four huts. The selection was complemented by ice-cold bottled drinks from the barrow in a quite rustic way. Getting together at beer tent sets and bar tables and letting the working week come to an end creates a completely different atmosphere than in the normal working day.

And that is exactly what is particularly important at MINDA: a family atmosphere that we also live together beyond the daily work routine. Always an open ear for conversations - whether in the production hall, in the offices or at the bar table at the summer party with a cold drink in hand. And those who always wanted to have a picture with the boss and a funny wig also got their money's worth in the photo box.

We all took away a lot of energy and cohesion for the next weeks and months from this successful afternoon all around. And we all agreed: The next joint party is coming for sure! And we are already looking forward to it!
